By using IPAShare at theashm.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IPAShare, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

IPAShare provides a browser-based tool that facilitates the upload of iOS application packages (.ipa files) to user-owned third-party cloud storage services (Dropbox, Google Drive) and generates OTA installation links. We do not host, process, or retain your .ipa files.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use IPAShare only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

• Upload IPA files that you do not own or have explicit distribution rights to.
• Distribute malicious, spyware, or privacy-violating iOS applications.
• Use the service to distribute pirated, cracked, or tampered versions of commercial apps.
• Circumvent Apple's Developer Program guidelines in ways that violate applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our backend infrastructure.

4. Apple Developer Guidelines

OTA installation requires that the target device's UDID is registered in the app's Apple Developer provisioning profile. Ad-hoc and enterprise distribution are subject to Apple's terms. By using IPAShare you acknowledge your responsibility to comply with Apple's iOS Developer Program License Agreement.

5. Cloud Storage Responsibility

IPAShare acts solely as a bridge between your browser and your personal cloud account. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining adequate storage space in your Dropbox or Google Drive account.
• Managing and deleting files you no longer need.
• Any charges incurred from your cloud storage provider for storage overages.

6. Intellectual Property

The IPAShare website, its design, and its source code are the property of theashm.com. The IPA files you upload remain entirely yours. By using the service, you do not grant us any license to your files.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

IPAShare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data persistence of short links, or compatibility with all devices and iOS versions. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IPAShare and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, failed installations, or third-party API downtime.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, particularly in cases of suspected abuse or illegal activity.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
